The unexpected icon problem can be solved very easily and quickly with our program Frozen Icons. This tiny utility uses only 731 kb and will run even on old PCs and operating systems, for example Windows 95 on an old 486. Naturally, Frozen Icons runs on newer PCs and operating systems (Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP/2003.)

Frozen Icons will store your desired desktop icon layout. Then, if something changes your desktop icon layout, you can restore your desired icon array with a simple click. Also, if you want other users to be able to use different icon layouts, Frozen Icons will create an unlimited quantity of icon schemes for your desktop. Each user can then have his own arrangement.
