Panopreter Plus reads aloud text, text file, rft file, pdf file, web page and word document with natural sounding voices, and converts the text and files to spoken audio files in wav and mp3 file formats, so that you can hear the speech with a mp3 player or smart phone later at your convenience. It also includes Panopreter toolbar for Internet Explorer which reads aloud the text on the web page, and converts the text to wav and mp3 audio files.
